We took on a whole house remodel project to bring a home built in 2008 up to date. The clients were worried about the old floors, kitchen, and materials throughout the house.
So, we went all out with a major remodel. We put in new flooring throughout the entire house, revamped three bathrooms, and totally redesigned the kitchen and pantry. Plus, we added a custom fireplace area to make the living space even more inviting.
The end result was a home that felt brand new, blending modern style with practical upgrades.
The Remodeling Process and the New Look
Our goal was to create a fully updated and customized living environment within a budget of $600,000 and a project timeframe of 6 months.
The new bathrooms now have modern fixtures and finishes, offering both style and functionality. The redesigned kitchen and pantry were tailored to the clients’ needs, with a touch of elegance and a whole lot of practicality. The new flooring and fresh paint job gave the house a cohesive, updated look. And the custom fireplace area became a cozy focal point of the living space.
The clients were over the moon with the outcome, loving the attention to detail and the quality of our work. The house now feels like a brand new home, with every corner reflecting the clients’ vision and our craftsmanship.
